  1. I'm commenting on the smoothies, cause that's how my body likes to wake up every morning now. It's amazing how many changes your body goes through when you treat it with respect. thanks for the recipe Kristina, love you.

  2. Fruit should be slightly UNRIPE – unripe fruit has higher ENZYME content promoting better digestion .
    RIPE fruit = too much sugar – you won't loose weight eating high sugar fruit and it will make you hyperactive , like Kristina .

  3. Even if this started last year, I hope I can start your 21 days with this one tomorrow. Glad I found you again. These look delicious, looking forward to make both of these.
