  1. Hi Caitlin, could you do a video on beans? I am thinking about going vegan and have been thinking about budget friendly ways of transitioning. Beans seem to be the way to go but I wanted to check if there were any negatives to eating beans daily and I found a couple articles about copper toxicity, phytates and lectins. I would really like your opinion on those things.

  2. does anyone know where to get coconut butter? I know she gets hers from Thrive but we don't have that in Canada

  3. love your blog and in love with your personality. Watching u makes me feel inspired and humble. Thank you for sharing your life and ideas.
i am very interested to know what would u do with the money if u would receive 5 million dollars as a gift?

    lots of love

  4. i really hope you see this but i've been vegetarian for 6 months now and it's been a journey. but as soon as the whole ordeal began to get easy for me.. i chose to step up and take that extra push into veganism ! i've been watching ur videos to help me stay healthy and prove to others that being vegetarian/vegan is fulfilling nutritionally, (especially for a "growing teen" like myself) and can taste great at the same time ! i would just like to thank you for helping so many people, including myself, reach their goals of lessening animal cruelty and or lead a healthier lifestyle. tho i still have my struggles (who doesn't ?) you are on of my biggest inspirations 🙂 thank you !

  5. yes i luv rishi turmeric n ginger tea. i order their tea on iherb al the time. i recently reordered it. luv it.

  6. I'm a vegetarian, but your videos make me wanna go vegan 💚. Jam where I live is so expensive, so I'm gonna try and make my own 🙂

  7. Do you remember that in the early years of YouTube they had a 1-5 star rating, that was long before the thumbs up or down? Caitlin, back in the day I would have given this video a full 5 stars. 👍👍👍👍👍
