  3. What a fun way to make cooking videos! Have a wonderful rest of your day😆, I love potato salad, mine is different every time, I throw in what ever I have a little bit of, peas,celery, olives,the last bit of a shredded carrot lol.

  4. The potato salad looks lovely vivi, iv never used broad beans in salad before. I usually put in a couple of chopped up boiled eggs and some spring onions ontop.

    Have you tried putting finaly chopped mint into your potato and bean salad and letting it sit for a few hours.

    It's delish.

Hi Vivi, All the salads looked yummy and like you said summer in a bowl.I also would go straight for the Greek salad but, the potato salad was a close second.Love Love Love your bowls and dishes they are gorgeous the little flowers on them and the blue against the white sooooo pretty.You have worked hard to grow and gather your food you deserve to be a little naughty Vivi go for that mayo.Thanks for sharing.Greek salad is on the menu for this weekend.
