  1. I'm Lebanese and that's not how we make it, we add fresh parsley, radishes, baali (not sure what they call that in eng) and pita chips. And SUMAC! That's what makes it fattoush. I will make it today 😃

  2. Love your channel. Recently I've been eating clean and adding a lot more green veggies to my diet. I've done some research and read spinach and kale cause kidney stones. I've been having a green smoothie everyday for breakfast for 2 weeks but have stopped. I used to suffer from kidney stones before and don't want that to happen again. I would put 2 cups of spinach or kale with my smoothies. I see u eat a lot of greens is there any truth behind this? Can I still have my green smoothies everyday?
