  1. I am a meat eater but I love a good vegetarian dish. Even IF you eat meat, you don't need it at every single meal. A veggie dish can be a great way to add variety!

  2. This looks really good. I am going to try making them soon. Thanks Gordon for showing the way to good eats.

  3. guys no hate, but i just don't get how a vegetarian can eat eggs. i know the eggs that are not fertilised will not be chicks but still, it comes out from an omnivorous animal. the yolk is the part of the egg where the embryo will be formed. also if you think about it, eggs are like chicken period.

Yes you can tell me that milk is the same, comes out from cows, but :
    1) cows are herbivores
    2) no embryo or whatsoever can be formed in milk.
the bad thing about drinking milk is it will affect the calfs(that's where veganism comes in)
but i seriously don't understand how a person can call himself/herself and eat eggs, or worst shellfish and even fish. just no.

  4. I thought vegan foods are so boring (because tofu, tofu, tofu all the time) until I watched this vid.
My sister is working on a vegetarian restaurant and this vid will be useful for her.
