Here’s a quick and easy way to eat well on the road. My mom used to take the rice cooker along on our road trips. What a great idea!

  1. My parents brought their rice cooker on every trip and rice because all rice are not the same including on a CRUISE! Lol

  2. I am so glad I follow your page! You're an inspiration to this 70some seasoned cook. Love my IP and love your ideas. And the planning behind it! Wow čĹŹčĹŹ

  3. Nice idea. I think I need to use my Instant Pot for more stuff – once I learned how to make rids in it, it sort of became exclusively a Rib Cooker :-/

  4. Thats a nice diner Flo. That Instapot comes in handy (love mine too bought mine at Amazon UK as not available in Netherlands). Enjoy your trip

  5. Happy Saturday you two! Where are the real stars of the vlogs….Ha ! This is so simple, I'm going to make it tomorrow… I don't want the trip to end čÖü Thanks for taking us along-you look super! * Watched again & saw the kids….*
SO…..Where are we all going next year….YAY….

  6. My kids refused to eat Tim Horton's on our road trips too. So I had no choice to boil eggs in the instant pot, fried up some mini sausages. Good thing we brought our toaster along. Toast and blue berry jam was my son's favorite breakfast You gotta keep things creative, espcially travelling with children. čśů

  7. Instant Pot! Woo Hoo !! That's roughing it in the hotel room ha ha. Love the creativity and resourcefulness. Keep having fun.

  8. I've made this but not in a motelčśë I used a bit of cream cheese and goat cheese. Baby spinach iirc. This would be a great way to use the mini instant pot for those folks traveling on a budget.
