  1. Wow! I've been eating at least one large salad every day for years, but I've been doing it wrong with the cranberries & low fat dressing!😕 I'm happy now because I get to have my favorite dressing guilt free…chunky blue cheese!!! Yum 👅

  2. I have a question and i will be really glad if u can answer. So wich one of this does not help u burn fat, yogurt, fruits, salat, eggs boiled, broccoli, rice and chicken breast?

  3. i really cant stand watching you westerners and ur dieting for losing weight

why is it when u westerners talk about making a diet for losing weight you eat salads? why is salad the only thing you are going to eat? you do know eating one type of meal will get old fast and you wont be able to keep this up for 3 months which isthe purported amoutn of time before you start seeing real results

honestly u can eat anything you fucking want the only thing you need to do is learn to add vegetables to any dish you make, if you're having bacon and eggs in the morning throw in some spinach into the eggs, have it with saurkraut, just garnish your dishes with some vegetables

  4. Dr Berg, do you really think that you can control your health? Are we all wasting time trying to control something? Control is very much related to anxiety and bad behavior.

  5. thank you for all of your videos.
i research nutrition and fitness often, and your channel is by far the best! i enjoy the science behind the fix! i am feeling so empowered to continue my healthy body journey!!!

  6. This is your best video to date!!! 😀 Just the right blend of useful, factual information with subtle humour and great visuals! Keep them coming Dr. Berg! Thanks to you I am drinking raw apple cider vinegar and have lost about 20 pounds doing that and avoiding wheat. I've slacked and plateaued due to chaos in my life, but must and will get back to it. Personal request: could you please do a video on meal preparation for the week (including for on the go in containers) as this is where I am finding it most difficult. Thanks so much again!!! 💚

  7. Anybody looking for an efficient diet plan has to Google “lyly amazing guide. ” It helped me to drop 14 pounds — and I’m still losing weight. Good diet plan. I hope you will love it and achieve wonderful results soon.

  8. You just inspired me to go buy a huge tub of prewashed salad greens for lunch and/or dinner. Yum! I also make sure to blend 2-3 cups of organic baby spinach in my morning protein shakes.

  9. God I wish I could do this. Here in South Korea vegetables are absurdly expensive…. Though maybe if I could just find romaine lettuce (it's not as expensive as some of the others) in bulk and just buy loads of it…. Thanks for the thought provoking ideas Dr. Berg.

  10. It's the first time i feel privileged for being 100 pounds:D so i just need 2350 mg Potassium per day which is much easier to take than 4700!! and I eat way more vegetables in my salad than what i need aswell as spinach smoothies 🙂

  11. why does salad have so much salt? I got a packaged salad and saw high sodium levels? is this natural? even if I omit dressing, meats, etc?

  12. Wow I'm pretty healthy but I saw this and im sorry but I've never been told we need to eat this much salad in a day! Not to mention when he said salad is easy to digest…..salad isn't easy to digest unless your just having lettuce! I mean most people who have a salad like more than just lettuce

  13. Is it okay to add other vegetables? I usually add carrots, green onions, cucumber, Kalamata Olives, sundries tomatoes and grape tomatoes. I normally use romaine lettuce mixed with spinach.

  14. Wow, a doctor I understand, who doesn't keep repeating the same simple facts and gets to the business of educating. I have severe liver issues due to low thyroid (Hashimoto's) and drank more than was good for me and ate hardly anything but junk food. I managed to break the depression and now no alcohol, am drinking water, slowly rebuilding diet and health. I think you may have saved my life because I feel like I know what the heck to do now……thank you.
