Jen and Julie prepare a delicious pesto pasta dish to enjoy some specialty “herbs.” When the munchies kick in, they attempt to make cookies with everything but the kitchen sink.

3 cups fresh basil
3 clove garlic
½ cup pine nuts
½ cup olive oil
½ cup pecorino, grated
4 grams specialty herb, chopped
4 tbsp butter
16 oz Linguini, freshly cooked and drained
1.) In a small saucepan, heat and simmer butter and
specialty herb on medium heat. Turn off heat after 10
minutes. Set aside.
2.) In food processor, combine basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive
oil, and pecorino. Mix until you have your desired
consistency. Add specialty herb butter and mix well.
3.) Toss the pesto and cooked pasta together well. Enjoy!
