I make 7-8 salads every week to save money and time. I start with my favorite vegetables as shown in this YouTube. These have chopped lettuce, celery, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes and small sliced peppers. I use a FoodSaver to remove the air to make these salads last about two weeks. Dinner is ready in no time!

  1. Thank you for sharing! After a week do they start wilting and do you make sure it is all dry first? And do you eat it out of the jar or put in a bowl? I just started back to work full time and this will be perfect!
