  1. Apples & Avocados have cellulose as well.
Lettuce is up to 80% insoluble fibre.
What's your opinion on lemons? Many salad dressings contain lemon juice. Cheers

  2. Hi Loren, quick question, would you oppose putting one or two herbs/spices in a simple salad dish for extra flavour. Such as garlic, or some fresh lemon juice. / or basil. or would this just be unneeded stress on the body, or would it not matter? Thanks 🙂

  3. What dressing do you recommend for salads? I like salads even "plain" salads….I've used vinaigrette for some time, but LOVE Cesar and ranch. Any recommendations?

  4. Hey Loren, thanks for all the info. I've been having trouble with ulcerative colitis for a while and would really like to get into this style of eating. The problem I see is that most of the fruits you mention are not so available here in Europe, or if they are, they are superexpensive. Also it kind of seems strange to me, as much as I like them, that such fruits would be the most natural thing for me to eat here, since they don't grow here. Don't you think one should eat food which is specific for the area they live in? thank you in advance for your reply.

  5. wow i love my salads but i always feel bloated afterwards and gassy! i have to limit to 4 ingredients as you have stated and hopefully that will work… food combining seems difficult but the payoff is worth it to me… i always feel like i will be hungry if i dont pack my salads with kale spinach parsley cucumber carrots edamame walnuts quinoa no dressing thou never use it! thanks for this great video

  6. regarding salad dressing discussion, to avoid the ugly brown color of avocado and raspberries, but enjoy the heavenly taste of avocado, serve a two layers dressing; green meshed avocado on top of the salad greens with a pretty red topping of meshed raspberries..

  7. I NEVER COULD UNDERSTAND WHY ANIMALS EAT WHATS RIGHT FOR THEM BUT HUMANS NEED TO WATCH LECTURES READ BOOKS DO INTERNEAT SEARCH GO TO SEMININARS ,PEOPLE THAT HAVE PETS MAKE SURE THEY FEED THEM THE RIGHT FOOD , WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO TEACH US WHAT TO EAT.

  8. It would be interesting if you made a video on how to life an "ok" normal life. I mean, these are the ideal you are talking about. But, I would say that I need to drink beer once a week, otherwise I would be an outcast. And I need to go to dinners etc. How do you live clean while living in a "normal world"?

  9. i love this way of eating and think its the best way BUT sometimes i find my intuition tells me that what we eat is not the only aspect of good health. I think above all social/emotional health is the most important. I wonder if someone is in an environment where socially eating this way would be hard on a person, then you may become more isolated. This could have an even worse effect on your health than eating a normal sad diet. I wonder if we focused this kind of energy towards building more intimacy and connections with other humans and living a more intuitive life than eating more healthy would be a result of that. I find the area of health so fascinating. All love here.
