  1. When I saw this video come up, I was so excited to watch it that I stopped everything I was supposed to be doing to watch it. I have been so confused and wanted to ask you why you started consuming smoothies again but just haven't had the time to ask. So thank you for the explanation! I began eating low fat raw vegan (80/10/10) 8 years ago (I'm 49) and thought it was so simple! (just eat fruit all day and a salad for dinner!) but as the years have gone by, I've noticed so much controversy in the raw food arena (sigh.) I've been following TannyRaw for the last couple of years because she really seems to have it down pat but after watching your video(s) on smoothies, I decided to stop consuming them. Why does this have to be so hard to figure out? I really want to be like Ted Carr & just open up a watermelon and eat it for breakfast. Grab a bag of grapes and eat for lunch. Papayas for dinner. Done. Easy peasy. But the greens! Thus the green smoothies and following TannyRaw. Thanks for pointing out the problem with bananas and dates. I always get soooooooo sleepy after eating my daily banana/blueberry/greens/chia smoothie or a watermelon. I wish someone would just tell me what to eat and then I would just eat it and get on with life! LOL!   2. my smoothie — carrot, celery, kale, red cabbage, herbs, spices, 4 soaked almonds, 20 frozen blueberries, 6 frozen strawberries, tbs raw honey.
